Profile Creation Process

• Maintain only one profile per person, household, or IP address

Restricted Jurisdictions

3Profile Administration

Profile Security

Profile Verification

Inactive Profiles

Profiles with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered inactive. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee for inactive profiles and may close profiles that remain unused for extended periods.

4Wagering Regulations and Conditions

Wager Acceptance

All wagers are subject to acceptance by Fun88. We reserve the authority to refuse any wager or limit wagering amounts at our discretion. Wagers are not valid until confirmed by our system and a wager receipt is generated.

• We suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity
• You fail to provide required verification documents
• Your profile has been inactive for an extended period

Consequences of Closure

Upon profile closure, all pending wagers may be cancelled, incentives forfeited, and access to platform terminated. Any remaining balance will be returned after deducting applicable fees and charges.

11Restriction of Liability

Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance downtime.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Conditions or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exclusions

We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Force Majeure
